February Stamp Club: Easel Card

At last year's convention, I received several Easel Cards.  A few weeks ago, Stampin' Up! posted an Easel Card Video Tuturial.  You can view it here...

For February's club project, we created an Easel Card using the Salabration items, Fresh Vintage Stamp Set, Everyday Enchantment DSP and Ribbon & Brad Pack.  We also used the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die (love this die!), Poppy Parade cardstock and ink, and the Designer Label Punch.

To recap how it's made:  Cut cardstock to 4 1/4 x 11.  Score it on the long edge at 2 1/2 and 5 1/2.  Take a second piece of cardstock and cut it at 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 (decorate or add photo).  For the inside, add a piece of cardstock 2 x 4 1/4 (decorate) and attach with Stampin' Dimensionals.

February Stamp Club Swaps

Card swaps are fun!  You make a certain number of the same card (or hand-stamped item), and you get all different ones back.  Here's a few of our swaps for February.

Thank You

Speaking of intentions, here's another card I intended to share with you last year.  The inspiration for this card came from a card making magazine (don't remember which one or the creator--sorry).  While some of the product on this thank you card is retired (DSP and felt flowers), this card can still be easily created using similar embellishments. Baja Breeze cardstock and ink, scallop oval and large oval punches ARE still available!  Bye for now, Maria
